As we are a small business, we really appreciate you valuing our time just as we value yours. To help things run smoothly for everyone, we ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. This gives us a chance to offer your spot to someone else and helps cover the costs when appointments can’t be filled at short notice. We send a reminder text 72 hours before your appointment. If you’re feeling unwell or something unexpected comes up, send us a quick message, email or click the cancellation link available in your appointment reminder email. This link will be available >48hrs before your appointment, after that you will need to call, text or email us directly to cancel. (Online bookings paid in advance will need to directly contact us). Our standard late cancellation/change of appointment fees* are as follows: 50% fee of the appointment for changes or cancellations made with 24-48 hours’ notice 100% fee of the appointment for late changes, no shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice *These fees apply to all clients including Worker’s Comp, NDIS and Medicare. If your funding body doesn’t cover late cancellation fees, then please be aware these late fees will need to be paid privately by you. You will also be unable to claim cancellation fees on private health. Emergencies and Illness: We understand that life can throw curveballs, and emergencies and on the day illness happens. In these instances, we ask you contact us as early as possible via text, email or phone call. Fees may be reduced at our discretion if we are able to reschedule you within 24 hours, or as soon as reasonable with emergencies and illness. If you choose to cancel however, either immediately or the future rescheduled appointment, the cancellation fee according to our policy will still be charged.
As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Jess brings clinical expertise that goes beyond fitness. We use evidence-based assessment tools, collaborate with medical professionals, and create programs specifically designed for clinical conditions - all while being fully rebatable through Medicare and private health insurance.
We specialise in helping people who feel intimidated by exercise. Our philosophy is "strength is a skill that takes time to learn." We create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you'll progress at your own pace. Many clients start with us having never lifted weights before and are amazed at what they achieve.
You don't need a referral to see an Exercise Physiologist, but having one enables Medicare rebates through Chronic Disease Management plans (up to 5 sessions per year). We can guide you on getting a referral and work with your GP to ensure your care is collaborative and in-line with your current health needs.
Choose your preferred location when booking. Mobile sessions also available - we come to you! Please email for pricing.
